On Yahoo Mail you can block an email DOMAIN, so why can you NOT do that on Sky Yahoo email? FIX THIS

On Yahoo Mail you can block an email DOMAIN, so why can you NOT do that on Sky Yahoo email? FIX THIS.

I wish to block every email from the 'onmicrosoft.com' DOMAIN as they are all SCAM emails, however whilst on Yahoo email you CAN block Domain's, on Sky Yahoo email you can currently only block specific full email ADDRESSES.

As you emails run through Yahoo, please change this NOW so that like with Yahoo whole DOMAINS can be blocked.

You are talking to other Sky customers here so we can not block anything for you,

How do you access your emails as you might be able to do something like this with Outlook or do you just login to your online account ?

I have logged in every way possible, through iphone, through the website itself,, but whilst on Yahoo email it allows the blocking of a DOMIAN, on Sky Yahoo in their exact same 'process' it only allows blocking of a specific full email address and NOT a Domain and I just don't get why Sky Yahoo email does not have the same facilities as general Yahoo email.

Just one of several restrictions of SkyYahoo Mail, I guess. Yahoo are unlikely to do anything about it.

I posted just hoping that someone from Sky might see it and do something about it as it must be so simple to amend their system seeing as its part of Yahoo.... and HELP their customers

Seeing it has been this way since day one I very much doubt Sky will do anything about is due to just you complaining about it.

They might see it, but the service is provided by Yahoo, and whether Yahoo would be willing to do anything about it, I don't know, given that Sky Yahoo Mail is a legacy service no longer offered to new customers.

Let's hope someone at Sky and Yahoo fix this issue as I have exactly the same problem. Bucket loads of spam from the .onmicrosoft domain. I'm also going to contact Microsoft as it's not doing their reputation much good with all this spam originating from their domains.

Sky/Yahoo, please fix this issue. Can't be that difficult and will help your customer satisfaction, especially for those 'legacy' customers who are your most loyal and longstanding.

If anyone else has this issue please post here as it all helps to draw attention to the issue.

Completely agree. This has recently started for me and I'm now recieving bucketloads of spam. Please Sky/Yahoo, can you sort this out

I would also like to know how to get this fixed as it's been going on for 2 months now. It's beyond a joke. I looked at the raw content of some of these emails, and they are originating from various countries, but the main company they all have in common is Microsoft Azure.

I have exactly the same request. Being bombarded with spam from onmicrosoft and would like to see an option to specify domain in the filtering, not just specific email address.
