I wamt to set up my sky email on android phone and tablet but it keeps saying my password is wrong

I have tried adding my sky email to both blue mail and gmail but it can't. It keeps saying that the password is incorrect, in both apps. I have no idea what to do now I've tried everything I can think of. My partner has been able to set up their accounts with no problems.

Try generating yourself a 16 digit password here and see if either Blue Mail or Gmail will accept this instead:
