Sky Q mini remote

Hi hope someone can help my sky Q mini remote has just gone haywire it won't turn my sky box off or TV the home button has stopped working I've tried resetting with 7 & 9 but not getting any flashing lights tried resetting my main Q box & mini Q aswell to no avail I've changed the batterys as well the remote does work but certain buttons have just stopped working

Already tried this thanks most of the buttons have stopped working except the sky the 0 & the volume button for the TV & sorry to hear you lost your super powers.

@frizog Go through the help link Here and you should be able to obtain a replacement remote from SKY?
