      <title>Box Turning Off</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Got Sky Q installed today and experiencing teething issues!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The box keeps turning itself off intermittently every 10 minutes or so, and I need to switch it off and back on at all the wall as the remote is not responding. There is still a Green Light on the box when it goes off.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;First few times it happened I realised there was an Eco mode and figured that may have been causing it so changed it to no standby, but no joy. I've checked the HDMI cables and power leads and they are all fine.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, about an hour ago the SkyQ remote stopped working with the box, still worked with the TV in terms of volume and sources, but couldn't do anything to do with the box.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone any ideas,&amp;nbsp; getting a bit frustrating!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I'm having similar problems! I upgraded 2 weeks ago to sky q box from sky+ which I've had over 10 years (I've been with Sky 20years). First night remote wouldn't work and box stuck on standby. This happened many times in first week. I then got a second engineer visit last Monday and they changed to a new box and this one is even worse! The box freezes in the middle of watching something and now I've I reset it a minute later there's this loud noise (bit like a road digger outside). I've now unplugged it. Can only get engineer appointment 21st August! I've tried putting back old sky + box but won't get signal as I believe they do something to the dish for sky q. Customer service is terrible. I am going to have to cancel Sky and move to another provider which saddens me as I've been with them 20 years and I do watch some Sky exclusive programmes. I'm absolutely at the end of my tether. So much for being a Sky VIP platinum customer!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I know! I just cannot believe the disaster that has been Sky Q! How can they promote this product as super brilliant and not have the tech reliable. I'm so used to Sky as been with them so long but am now forced to look for an alternative. Someone told me Virgin was good but don't think I can get it where I live. I keep unplugging the mains to reset the box as instructed but it's not letting me watch anything now. I give up! I will never recommend Sky to anyone now.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
