      <title>Tv services not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;All of the interactive apps on my sky box are not connected to the Internet, however I have full Internet access in the property as I can use the Internet on my phone. Its been like it for 2 days now. I have tried resetting, turning on and off but still the same.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3420577"&gt;@Jggidkkr&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;even though other equipment is connecting to your wifi I suggest restarting your wifi Hub./router&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once the Hub is restarted then power restart your main box&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Use the remote to place it into standby mode&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Then remove the power to it (either switch off at mains or remove the power plug)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Wait at least 30s&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Then re-apply the power &amp;amp; wait for it to fully restart - this may take a few minutes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And then if necessary go into the Network settings &amp;amp; reset again&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
