At 9pm every night my sky mini boxs and broadband stops working what am I to do I have done ever thing as troubleshooting please can you send out an engineer

@Shazer3 I don't have a Sky router, but my BT router has the option to choose a time when it's offline, I guess if you want to make sure children can't access the internet when they shouldn't. Is it possible that someone has set this to 9pm in your router?

Mine too, I've got Roku box in the same room, so at 9pm if I'm watch Netflix I have to change to that box to carry on watching. It's almost bang in 9pm every night

Yes, definitely sounds like some sort of parental control has been set on your router. Depending on your internet provider, they might have an app that you can use to control the access to your router. If you do I would suggest you look at the settings in the app.
