Cannot get extra channel i paying for on

I paying for Disney channel and can't get it up on my t.v I been try to get to talk to someone about it but can't try for about 2 weeks now not good I thinking of cancelling my account I need to talk to someone now

@Gunnery You're not talking to Sky this is a customer helps customer forum, your threats to cancel will have little effect on anyone on the forum, thats you choice. You also cannot demand to "speak to someone now" through a public forum as any Sky staff present would not even know who you are.

If you could provide more info on what messages you get when trying to view the channel in question the forum may be able to help

Hi, what is it you can't do? Have you signed up to Disney plus through Sky? If so you need to activate the service on the link I've attached. If you have signed up to Disney plus through Disney itself you will need to input your username and password into the app on sky.
