    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been charged 2 sets of £9.99 for equipment delivery and also a broadband set up fee after being told I would have no costs whatsoever. Why should I pay delivery of equipment that the engineer can bring when he comes to install it anyway?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you were told over the phone that you would not be charged then you would need to call them back about this so they can listen to a recording of the call to see what was said and if a mistake was made they will either refund it or addd a credit to your account to cover the fees.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
