      <description>&lt;P&gt;i go on to sky app and sky website account and still wont let me access my bill. how am i ment to pay something i can not access&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it just keeps saying :- sorry, something has gone wrong&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;please try again later&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;same message for about 3 weeks now&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
