Sky won’t automatically contact you as the result of your post on here.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you pay by Direct Debit and it fails, Sky will try again in 10 (calendar) days. If that also fails an automated process starts whereby your TV services are restricted followed shortly after by your Broadband if you have it through Sky.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It’s also worth mentioning that Sky don’t do promises to pay or payment plans.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hiya I was just wounding if I could pay my bill a week today the 14th as I am still realy poorly with covid I am am currently in hospital so can't get out to a bank and I have got my daughters working from home&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you do not usually pay by a direct debit but know your banking details then you can make a payment to Sky via the website here:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Once you have done this though, Sky might use these details to setup a direct debit which would mean you would no longer have to pay it yourself each month as it will taken automatically for you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
