£75 Mastercard

Hi everyone. Wasn't really sure where to post this, but I became a sky customer through a friends referral link. He received his £75 card a couple of weeks after I signed up, but I am still yet to receive mine. Does anyone have any similar experiences? Was hoping to ask live chat but it doesn't seem to be available at the moment?

@kennysim93 Have you paid your first bill yet? If yes it can take upto 45 days after first bill payment to be sent

Yes, paid first bill on the 7th of october, and will be making my 3rd bill payment in a couple of days.

You don't claim the reward. It's automatic. If you still having had it 45 days after your first bill then you need to call so we can get you through to our vouchers and incentives team who can look into it for you.

There is at the moment a delay on vouchers which might explain the wait time however cannot give exact info since we do not have account access on the forum. So I suggest you give us a ring.

@Lisa-P1987 OK thanks I'll try and maybe call in the morning? What are the current waiting times like? Dont fancy being on hold for ages, although I understand it's an extremely busy period.

@kennysim93 Times do vary but I believe I believe an early call between 7-9am should get you through quicker

I am another unhappy new customer who hasn't received their reward even though my friend has. I have just spent the last 45 minutes going round in circles only to find I have to call, which is what I did in the first place!

All they do is keep phoning me when over and over again I have said I don't not have time to waste talking on the phone, I am in the South of France and now Sky Go is not working since Brexit so it's becoming not worth having Sky plus still no £75 cards useless service

If you want this looked into @Jill007 then you will need to talk to Sky which might be why they have tried to contact you. If you are not going to do this then nobody will be able to help on here I'm afraid,

I have been asking since September for the 2 vouchers and all they do is keep phoning they must be stupid I have told them I will not waste my time talking on the phone, just send me the vouchers most people who have phoned there English is very poor, Sky just sort out the mess and get everybody there vouchers, I am reporting them to Trades Description in 7 days if I don't get my vouchers

My friend and I received ours, but neither actually work.

The whole ridiculous process requires registering and redeeming the card via the third party website, turning off privacy cookies to allow a redirect, then entering your sky account number to reveal the PIN of the card. It isn't activated before this point and we both continue to receive an error either saying the URL redirect is down or the sky account number is wrong.

Not worth the plastic they're printed on and can't be bothered to try and speak to anyone to sort it.

No master card ever received so Sky had got away with £150 from just 2 people probably 100s more never received the payment

Hi I had an email to say my reward card will be with me in 15 days, it's now been 27 days!
