      <description>&lt;P&gt;My elderly parents are moving home in less than two weeks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They have rung customer services several times to arrange a move but no one is answering.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can you message me so we can arrange as it is too difficult for them. Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Home moves can only be arranged over the phone so if possible try getting them to phone Sky as early as they can in the morning as the phone lines open at 7am each day.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sky are on Twitter as well as Facebook so not sure why you couldn't find them. As for email like other companies Sky stopped using this as a way they can be contacted on years ago.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you are going to ring on their behalf obviously you'll need to pass the security questions before an agent will allow you to change anything regarding your parents account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Stay on the line, don’t hang up if prompted to and if asked reason for call say ‘technical’. As previously stated the best times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm when the lines are sometimes a bit quieter.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;They have stayed on the line for a long time already. It's pointless.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did just find a messenger option on the Facebook page. So hopefully they will reply to that.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As for sky glass I hope people don't fall for that. Bad idea.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
