I have recently cancelled my broadband and have credit on my account, how do I get this refunded?

@bigandy1988 Refunds normally take up to 6 weeks. When does/did your broadband service end?

It will be paid via your direct debit in about 6 weeks or you can call and request early payment which takes 3 to 5 working days.

It ended on December the 10th

I have escalated your post to Sky who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
