hello. I can't log in to my account at sky..when logging in, the system is logging me in to my old account closed 2 years ago, I have no access to the account, to the news, and to the accounts payments.. I can't check anything..no live agents to resolve problem..no body answer phone..wha the f

You need to create a new Sky ID, and you'll then be able to link your new Sky account to it.

I tried .. my email is assigned to the old account number .. and logs in to the old account, I do not have access to the new one .. someone has to clean my old account and make settings for the new one ... unfortunately there is no one in the chat and no one she doesn't answer phone calls

@agnieszka+wyszotr As you left Sky and then returned after being away for more than a year then your account will have been closed as you have discovered so you will need to set up a new Sky ID and use.

If you want to use the same email address then you need to first remove it from the old account first as this will then free it up allowing it to be used when setting your new ID up. First try this link to do this:

If this link doesn't work for you then try it yourself by logging into the old account here:

https://www.sky.com/myaccount/my-details

Then delete the email address by providing another one and logout of this account, this will then free it up to use when setting up your new Sky ID:

Either change the email address in your old Sky ID, or use a different email address for your new one.

Once you have removed your email address from your previous account it will be freed up to use it when setting your new one up.
