    <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried .. my email is assigned to the old account number .. and logs in to the old account, I do not have access to the new one .. someone has to clean my old account and make settings for the new one ... unfortunately there is no one in the chat and no one she doesn't answer phone calls&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I can't log in to my account at sky..when logging in, the system is logging me in to my old account closed 2 years ago, I have no access to the account, to the news, and to the accounts payments.. I can't check anything..no live agents to resolve problem..no body answer phone..wha the f&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You need to create a&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;new&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;Sky ID, and you'll then be able to link your new Sky account to it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

First try this link to do this:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/myaccount/my-details/sky-id/edit-unlink" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/myaccount/my-details/sky-id/edit-unlink&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If this link doesn't work for you then try it yourself by logging into the old account here:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/myaccount/my-details" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/myaccount/my-details&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Then delete the email address by providing another one and logout of this account, this will then free it up to use when setting up your new Sky ID:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-id/sky-id" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-id/sky-id&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
