@Michael+63 mainly because Sky want to try to keep you as a customer but if you follow the link below then scroll down to click on still need a hand and click on yes I still need help it will bring up various contact options

Sky also wants to make completely sure that you're the account holder and that you're certain about making the decision to cancel your subscription.
