Changing account phone number.

got Sky mobile and want to change my Sky account phone number which is currently Virgin and has been cancelled to the Sky mobile number but it won't alllow me and says 'cannot do this'

Your post has been escalated to Sky who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of the page.

When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
