@Jamroll1984As per the Sky Mobile site: It must be claimed via Samsung, this would have shown when you ordered the phone.

If you are using a Windows 10 device then before uploading try right clicking on it then resize to make it smaller.

I have the same issue claiming ear buds but Samsung are asking for proof of purchase and I switched to Sky mobile via a stall in a shopping mall so was given no receipt etc. So now Samsung are saying they are unable to process my claim until Imsend them details of purchase. Please help!!!

Try uploading a picture of an email about your order and also upload your credit agreement. Put the agreement number in the order number tab without the letters.
