iPhone 6s receiving calls while on anther call

This is another attempt to get help I’ve already posted this but no onefromSky has contacted me.

while on her phone my wife receives a incoming call which stops her call, when she contacts the number no one has called her.

Apple has checked the phone and said nothing is wrong with it

Can someone from Sky get in touch

@Banjo17 You may or may not be aware but this is primarily a customer helps customer forum. You’re not talking to Sky Customer Services and they won’t contact you as a result of your post on here unless your post is escalated. They won’t even know who you are based on your forum log in name.

Your wife can ring Sky from her Sky mobile by dialling 150 for free.

This was escalated to Sky I received the blue talk bubble and informed them of the problem but 3 weeks later still no contact from them

@Banjo17 In that case I'm not sure why you've started another thread instead of adding a post to the earlier one. I can't escalate your post so I can only advise your wife rings Sky as I suggested earlier.
