Rang DPD to be told that batteries can't be flown to NI so phone has to be transported by road freight. Accordingly delivery was downgraded to reflect this. So Sky please up your game and do NOT promise next day delivery for non UK mainland orders. Your just annoying customers. PS plsctrain your staff to be aware of this carrier restraint.
