Hi, I'm currently abroad in Europe and cannot call any UK numbers including Sky. Could you help?

@Jacklin.K By default it is set to £0.00 so I would set an upper limit.

Hi @Jacklin.K if the suggestion by @GD1 doesnt work try manually selecting another network to use in the country you are in.
