      <description>&lt;P&gt;My son broke his phone which he had on contract, we paid off the phone and ordered a new contract for the iPhone 13. This all went well and I have just activated the sim but we are struggling as really want to keep the same number. Any help?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The new sim will come with a new number so all you should need to do if the old sim works is to put it in the new phone and then call Sky to cancel the new one you ordered. If the old sim damaged and can't be used again then I'm afraid there is nothing that can be done to get the number moved to the new sim.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
