I've signed up to Sky mobile with a 30gb data plan and within this first month I've used nowhere near that amount. Yesterday, when I was browsing the My Sky app, I noticed I could downgrade the data mix plan. On the app it said 30gb was £20 per month, whereas for 20gb it was £12. I thought it would be worth changing it to save a little bit of money and I would still have more than enough data. However, I happened to check my current bill and the 30gb data plan I signed up with actually had a discount on and I am paying just £12 for it. Therefore, I have downgraded yet seem to be staying on the same price for less data, when it changes next month of course.

I phoned Sky to discuss and see if they can cancel the downgrade, however they said they can't seem to do it. They've told me to wait until next week when it should rollover to the new mix plan and see if I can revert back to the 30gb plan with the discount like it was. They did say they were unsure if I would get this though.

Of course, it's my fault for changing, I should have checked my bill before changing as I assumed the price in the app for 30gb was what I was already paying. I will have enough data, I'd just rather have the deal I was on seeing as it's worth having more if you need it anyway.

Does anyone have an idea of whether I'll get the offer back or any advice on what to do?

Hi @The+Rebel+MC once you change from an offer you cant normally go back to it. You may be lucky if the offer is still available next month but don't be too disappointed if it's not there.
