Can anyone help? I ordered and activated a brand new Sky SIM card last week. Everything has been fine but today I received a call from an unknown number. When I messaged to find out who it was they thought my number was there mums number. They have sent me a screenshot proving that our numbers are the same. But when he calls it, it goes through to his mum.
