Is there anyway I can I contact Sky mobile

even though they have restricted my sim I really need to speak with someone but I'm trying to find a live chat or similar

@Pugmum50 Without possibly stating the obvious, but have you tried ringing 150? This sometimes works even if your main service is restricted. You could also try ringing using a phone not connected to your account. First and foremost if you pay your outstanding balance in full and set up a new continuous payment method that'll work.

Thanks for your help I've spoken with them and they were really helpful.. We are away having a break and honestly didn't know about 150 so cheers for your time Jennie (Pugmum50)

Just the same thing I get when I call the other numbers " you have called at a busy time,please try again later"

@Skinnychap I got through in 7 minutes yesterday at about 10am, but that may have been a fluke! The best times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm when the lines are quieter.
