    <description>&lt;P&gt;Did this get resolved? I have the same issue - text and email from sky saying the port has been completed but incoming calls still go to the old SIM &amp;amp; handset.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have updated my number in the new handset settings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Old handset has now been factory reset and the sim removed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;New handset has been restarted etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However incoming calls still go to the old SIM (i.e. direct to voicemail now). Text messages seem fine as do outgoing calls. Maybe its just a lag in the system somewhere.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
