    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I ordered a sky mobile device on Saturday and received confirmation of delivery then quickly today DPD updated with return to consignor. I called sky and the agent said definitely coming to me today then spoke to DPD and they said it was being sent back by their security team. When I questioned why she said she didn't know phone sky within 24 hours. She said something to do with fraud. Sky said there is nothing on my account ata all! I actually also work for sky. So I'm confused as anything. Any one else had this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Devices like this usually get returned if the enhanced credit check is failed but I'm not sure if that is what is happening in your case. Perhaps leave it a further 24 hours and if it is saying it is out for delivery then you will have to call Sky again if you don't receive it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
