      <description>&lt;P&gt;Why is Sky having some many problems? I never had a problem with my signal but now i struggle to get signal and it's not just my phone, my wife and both my daughters are having trouble as well. Neither can I access my account which as been going on for weeks, and neither are they answering phones, the line just goes blank. Anybody know what's going on?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We get signal but it's very poor. We used to get full 4g signal but now we get 2 bars at best, some areas I only get H+.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;when I try to get on to my account I either get the message "unfortunately we can't do that right now" or words to that affect, or " it's not yo it us, refresh and try again." When I do that I get the unfortunately message.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
