    <description>&lt;P&gt;Good morning&amp;nbsp;@skymobile,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have done a my swap on Friday 23rd July 2021 from my old iPhone 11 to a new Samsung galaxy s21 ultra 5G and I use my piggy bank to get 60gb on it too. When it came yesterday 24th July 2021 I put my new SIM card in activate it and it still came up with my old contract not the one with 60gb on it I was wondering if you know why that happen please&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thankyou&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3414859"&gt;@PatPerrill&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; I'm confused, why did you order a new sim if you already have a data package, you could just move data from your piggy bank on your existing Sim if that was your original intention..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In addition if you want to keep your original number then&amp;nbsp; you should know you can't transfer your number between Sky Sims.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You have made a slight mistake when ordering this as you should have selected the option to keep your current number/sim so all you can do here is to call Sky for free via the 150 number to see if they can sort this out for you,&lt;/P&gt;</description>
