Phone ringing someone else but contact is correct??

Hi there.

any help would be appreciated.

I have recently got a contract phone and sim with sky. All of the contacts are correct when I transferred them over.

I ring my sister a lot as she's my childminder when I work and usually it is fine, but over the last few days when I have tried to ring her it goes through to other people (1 elderly lady, 1 lady, 1 man). This is very strange but before it rings her it makes a strange clicking noise (like the old dial up sound followed by the clicking) then it 'connects' and rings, but it's not my sister. She doesn't get the call on her phone showing even though I've rang it. Then I'll try again and it'll either do the same or go to my sister.

please can someone advise on this. - I've read the other posts that are similar and I've made sure that it's +44 or 07 starting , I've tried rebooting it, I've even restored the settings but nothing seems to work.
