@alancam There isn't a written one provided with your box. On Sky Q you can also access a few short videos on your TV to help with most things. If there is anything you find isn't covered you can always ask on the forums.

@Daniel0210 Thanks for the reply. I need something I can use to allow a member of my family to read in large font. The voice support is useless as it cannot describe the sky Q remote. I have found a 'Your Quick Guide' but contains errors and does not define all the buttons on the remote.

There must be a page somewhere in the Sky web site that I can copy and make larger for a sight impaired person.

As mentioned above, the online help is well populated.

From your Sky Q boxes.

Loads of help text and videos available on the Sky Q box itself;
From the home menu pan down to the help section;
Home>Help

Or just say 'Sky Q help' using your voice remote control.

@bob1234 Thanks for the pointer to that site. Unfortunately the site displays pictures and does not allow me to increase the font size of the text

@alancamIf you have a word processor (Microsoft word or equivalent) there are many free versions.

Copy all of the instructions in the link, paste to the word processor then you can have whatever text size or font you want when you print it.

If you just want to read on screen just zoom in and it all gets bigger.
