Sky Q Install on Communal Broadband

I've just moved in to a new flat (in Scotland) that has a communal broadband system through the contracted factor agreement. The Sky Engineer came round to install my Sky Q for me but it was unsuccessful as another flat has already had their Sky Q installed a few weeks ago. As we share a common wifi connection via one main router only ONE Sky Q box can be connected to ONE broadband router. I do have all the channels as the engineer installed the connections for the satellite signal, however no features of the box work (I don't even have a functioning TV guide). Has any body ever experienced this problem and has any ideas how to resolve it so I can have a fully functioning Sky Q system? The only thing I can assume is to some how trick the Sky Q box in to thinking there are multiple routers even though there is only really one but I'm not sure how to do this or the technology required.

To be fair to the engineer, they did identify the issue and advised that the system would not work correctly.

I'm hoping some sort of broadband router expert may know of a smart way to similate that the the router has mulitple IP addresses so we can assign one to each flat for the individual Sky Q boxes. Or perhaps a 'sub-router' with its own IP address can be installed for each flat?

The only possible solution is to find out if you can get broadband installed for your use only.

As part of the current communal wifi system there is a DrayTek VigorAP 912C Access Point in my flat. This obviously connects back with the main router to provide good wifi to my flat. I wonder if there is anyway to reconfigure this access point to have its own IP address, username, password so it appears as a seperate router even though it is receiving it's signal from the main router?
