      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've had an email for a 4 week cinema trial however every time I have tried to redeem it I get we're having technical issues it our fault not yours but I've been getting that message for days&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had the same problem with this when I clicked the link it said technical fault. So I decided to call them instead and explained about the offer, I was assured that this deal would be applied to my account and would get Sky cinema for free for 4 weeks then it would be £5.00 per month thereafter for 6 months..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2 weeks in I check my bill it had increased by £9.50 &amp;amp; the future bills by £19.00.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I contacted customer services and explained the issue and even uploaded screenshots of the offer. I was told it would be escalated to a senior who would resolve it, only to be informed that the amount I was being overcharged would be deducted from my next bill and future bills would be rectified. I checked upcoming bills and there's still no change so once again I've contacted customer service to explain about the offer and what was said and what I had done. Once again I was told the issue would be resolved in 24hrs it's now 48hrs later &amp;amp; I can't get through as customer services is extremely busy (no surprise really if continuous cockups are being made)...I have now come to the conclusion that I need to cancel my DD as I have no other choice with Sky.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(This is also the same issue I had with Virgin media years ago....)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
