Sky Q remote is now saying it does not support Bose sound system

The sky q,remote is not now changing volume on the TV via the existing Bose sound system. On re -pairing the remote as per on screen instructions , when it comes to the sound system, Bose IS NOT NOW SUPPORTED. It has been up until now.

Hold down 1 & 3 and follow the instructions on the screen. It will guide you to do exactly what you are trying to do. If it prompts to add # it is a character.

If you have got it connected to the HDMI ARC socket on your TV it should go on/off with the TV. Please confirm the same.
