Hollow sound watching 4k content on live football on Sky Sports and BT Sports

Sound quality was fine watching live football in UHD both on Sky Sports and BT Sport until recently but now I get a hollow sound. I have a Q box. No changes made.

Standard TV speakers. It's a Panasonic tv. Worked perfectly before.

What is your HDMI Audio format set to in the Sky Q box audio visual settings?

Set to Auto.

There is no auto.

When you go to Audio Visual in Sky Q Settings / Setup / Audio Visual, under Digital Audio output HDMI, you can choose Normal, DD or DD+.

Sorry Rhonny being thick this morning I was looking at TV Setup not Q Box. It's set to Normal.

Problem resolved. I found I needed to set both Digital audio output HDMI and Optical to Normal.

Also set sound to Stadium on TV audio setup.
