Only by having Sky Protect would you get this.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; You can of course claim for loss of service once the fault has been fixed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Update - I have spoken to the customer to see if we could bring the appointment sooner than the current 8 days wait which is within our standard SLA of 10 days for a service fault.&amp;nbsp;Unfortunately there is no sooner date but I have provided links to &lt;A href="http://sky.com/ordertracking" target="_self"&gt;sky.com/ordertracking. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/A&gt;The customer has also been provided with loss of service to cover the time without services and has Sky go available to stream.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Just a bit more reassurance should I need an engineer. If you ring before 4pm they state if they don't get an engineer to you the next day they'll refund one week of your tv subscription. Covers Q box, remote, cables, dish, accidental damage and also my Sky mobile iPhone and my iPad.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;edit: forgot it also includes theft of the mobile&lt;/P&gt;</description>
