Hi,

I've noticed myself getting audio quality problems when using Dolby Digital Plus on Sky Q. It's especially bad while watching the later seasons of Dexter in UHD but I've noticed it on basically every DD+ programme I've watched via sky. At this point we avoid using Sky whenever possible because the crackle drives me crazy!

My audio quality is crisp on every other input, but when watching programmes on Sky, especially Dolby Digital + (inc Atmos) I get a pronounced crackle on the centre speaker.

I'm running a Jamo s809 5.1.4 set up through a Denon x3700h AVR. Running the Sky box directly to the AVR, then image only to the TV via eArc. All cables and connections are high quality and intact. I've tried changing the Sky > AVR HDMI cable with no joy.

Has anyone experienced similar issues? Any ideas how to fix? It irks me splashing out on a decent system only to be let down by input quality.

Sky box is a 1TB UHD.
