I had the multi-screen 4K signature directly with Netflix and now that I have the ad-on with Sky my Netflix plan changed to bacic!

How can I get it back to 4K?

You need to have UHD & HD as part of your Sky package and the Ultimate TV add-on. Do you have all those?

Ultimate TV includes the Netflix Basic plan (1 screen + SD) as standard
You can upgrade to Netflix Standard (2 screens + HD) by adding the HD pack
You can upgrade to Netflix Premium (4 screens + UHD/HDR) by adding the Ultra HD pack (requires the HD pack first)
