Sky q main box freezing every morning

Can anyone help please? Every morning we cant get our main sky q box working other than switiching it off from the mains and then back on. Plus every night around 9ish all mini boxes lose conection for about 20 secs then reconnects. And the odd recording on a mini box will freeze.

All boxes by default are set to Eco in their standby settings, which puts them into a deep sleep between 2am-6am. Change them to None or Active and I suspect your morning issues will stop.

(The 9pm thing is a different matter, not sure what that could be - although possibly your router's DHCP lease might be set to 24 hours and so your boxes will renew their IP address at that time every day. If you can Google your router and DHCP lease, you could change it to every week to cut down this issue, if that's indeed what's causing it...)
