Other users have succesfully tried the codes listed for Vestel who make the majority of these sets assembled in Europe. .

JVC stopped making sets some years back and in Europe the brand was bought by the Dixons group. Sainsbury/Argos own Busjh and Albs names and Asda Polaroid and so on. Vestel, who are Turkish, build for all of those plus a load more. Only Sony, LG and Samsung build all their own sets as even cheaper Panasonic sets come in from third parties.

Hi, I recently bought a SMART TV from Currys. It is a JVC model LT-32CA690. (32inch) and I tried to pair it with SKY Q box. Unfortunately, I have encountered a problem and cannot pair successfuly the SKY Q box remote to the TV. When the SKY page is on screen, I press 1...3 and get to screen that starts remote pairing. When I search for the model number, it is not there. I then try automatically pairing going through the steps 1-16 and test the volume button to see if it works... nothing. The screen then says that SKY curremtly does not recognise the model. I find this surprising as Currys is selling this model and JVC is an reasonably well established brand, I think. So my question is , is there any other way to get the SKY Q box remote connected to the TV to control the start, stop and volume controls. A second question is how can someone notify the people in SKY who put all the TV brands and models into the A-Z remote pairing library to include this JVC TV model in the next edition. Thanks for any inisghts.
