I have had this issue earlier this year and the engineer replaced both the skyQ box and set up a new dish. That worked but is &amp;nbsp;happening again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3431554"&gt;@SteveKing24&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;most common cause is the dish being partially blocked by vegitation as plants have the irritating problem of growing. You can ask Sky to come out to check the system as the dish may have moved slightly but if it is trees then unless the dish can be mounted in a totally different place or the trees trimmed this maybe a hopeless task.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
