      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2221447"&gt;@Andy+Lin&lt;/a&gt;I have a similar problem and if you can't find them in purchases here is what you can do.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;From the Q box find the film in the store, make sure it is the exact version and it should say already purchased select it and it should then go into purchases.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
