satalite signal not working

i have checked everything. This website told me to check the satalite and the satalite is perfectly fine the weather is fine the wifi is fine and we have done everything but nothing is working (this isn't our house we rented it)

@saplatt What exactly have you done to remedy the issue? What do mean by everything, your everything could be different to another persons.

Have you powered down your box for 30 seconds then rebooted it?

If you have done this and still no signal you'll need to call Sky to book an engineer.

Not sure how you checked the satellite as it 22000 miles up in the Sky. Renting a house has no bearing on the issue.

@GD1 i said i did everything as i did reboot it . i checked the satalite dish not the actual satalite i apologise for not being for specific. Is there anything else i can possibly do before calling an engineer?

@saplatt Other than checking gthe cables haven't come loose then no it will need be a call to sky I'm afraid.
