Sky q multi room won’t work

We had a power cut the other day and since the the sky q multi room won't work, I have tried rebooting the main box then multi room box but nothing. It won't come on

@Giggles23 Is there any power to the box in question? If no then a call to Sky will be needed to get a replacement

There is power as red light is on I have tried to reset it but nothing

@Giggles23 Does the light turn green when you power on with the remote? Or the front button?

No still won't come on the main box works fine it's the mini box for multi room it won't update it just stays red

@Giggles23 I would give Sky a call looks like the mini needs to be replaced.
