Moving House how to check if new flat is Sky Q compatible

I am moving into a flat that I have purchased. I have a quick question. The flat already has a Sky dish and there are twin cables in the flat. How can you tell if the flat is Sky Q ready and not Sky+. Is it just a question of taking the Sky Q box and connecting it and seeing if it works. If the LNB wasn't changed for Sky Q I would assume that the box wouldn't work as it would only work for Sky+

Arrange a home move with Sky and they will sort it all out for you.

If that's an individual dish rather than a communal system, as a rough visual guide the connector block of Q LNBs are in line with the dish arm, and those on Sky+ LNBs sit at right angles to it.

@alanlfc77Use the sky home moved service (free if you are a VIP member, if not download the "My Sky" app and join)

With a communal dish it only needs one lead from the distribution system however even if set up for Q it is not just a plug and play as the type of LNB needs to be changed to SCR in the box settings (hidden menu)
