      <description>&lt;P&gt;Had sky Q set up yesterday, and as so many users have experienced, we cannot download on demand content. Have tried all the fixes suggested but nothing has worked.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Very frustrating, Sky don't tell you this when you sign up or give you a discount as we aren't getting a full service! Hoping a sky employee can help? Called this morning and they resent the signal but it hasn't worked.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The refresh signal can take a couple of hours to work. If it is still off after lunch give them another call. It was a known issue with the back end servers which we have been told has been fixed but you and others are still getting the issue so you should be able to ask for some compensation.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've spoken to two advisors this morning, who have basically told me if re sending the signal to the dish doesn't work then we have to wait for the main issue to be fixed? Which could be when I wonder? I guess keep onto them if it doesn't work!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
