Unable to watch or download on demand services

I have been recently trying to watch a tv series from sky one. I have been successfully watching for days now. However i finished another episode and it says i cannot download due to to not having the package.

Well i have the entire package and the account is in credit by £145. When i go on to check my service tab online it states there is an technical error its not me its them ?

Is this a common problem which can be fixed i would rather like to get back to my tv series.

This will happen due to one of the reasons:

You are trying to watch a HD episode when you haven't the HD package on your account.

The episode is part of Sky Boxsets and you don't subscribe to the Boxset package.

I have all packages with the exception of disney.
