All SkyQ boxes slow to change channel

Maybe it's me, but I'm convinced all my SkyQ equipement (main box and 3*mini's) have suddenly become very slow at changing channel.

I type in the channel number on the remote and after a second it changes channel to a black screen where there is then another lag of 3 seconds before the picture comes on.

I'm sure this is new. So far I have:

Rebooted all boxes
Reactivated tge mini's with the main Q

Is this a known issue? How responsive are others q kit?

That's not normal. My advice would have been to power reboot tbe box. Next would be to change the batteries in the remote. If that doesn't work..... you could phone Sky.

If you are out of contract, threaten to cancel your services, they will replace/repair free of charge as far as I am aware?

@reddwarfcrew all Sky Q servicing abs replacements are completely free of charge.
