Cannot watch recording from start

We have already seen this question asked previously but found no solution. When we're attempting to 'Watch from start' a programme that we've recorded, it won't allow us to.

Can anyone be of any assistance? Thank you 🙂

hi @MTinston where are you trying to watch from.

From 'recordings' go to Most Recent and select the 'Tile' of the programme, then scroll down to the episode (don't just look at the bar at the top),

on each episode there should be an option on the right

Alternatively just go into the recording and then use the voice command 'Go to Start'

Other handy voice controls are :
Skip nn minutes
Go To nn minutes
Back nn minutes

You can use hours, minutes & seconds or mix e.g. Go to 1hour 15 minutes

Skip nn minutes is very handy for adverts and you get used to the length on regular used channels (Many are around the 4 minute mark)
