sky q box not connecting to network. have folllowed advise on these discussion pages .still no good. having great difficulty contacting sky to see if i can book an engineer.

Hi @kjg50 Which SKYQ box are you referring to? The main box or aMini box?

@kjg50 Still unclear, is your Main SKYQ box not connecting to your broadband, or do you have a SKYQ Mini box that is not connecting to your SKYQ main box?

sky q not connecting to internet. (no network connection)other devices connecting ok. sky mini box not connecting to sky box (no satellite signal).tried various things on forum and YOU TUBE nothing worked.

new to this forum will take some getting used to.

@kjg50 Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot the main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot, then do the same with the Mini box?

quoman 7 thank you for your advice.was just about to do it when my grand daughter arrived.showed her your message she did it for me now working ok.
