Issues with sky q minibox picture

I'm having issues with my sky q minibox iv got a very dull picture it's like it's pixilated on it it's not a clear bright picture iv checked all the cables and the settings on the box and it has not fixed the issue iv noted the issues with the sky q minibox this last week after doing a system update on the box and my dad has just got a new oled tv connect to the main box he's box is set to ultra HD and on hes TV the vie the sky q main box the sound is not matching the picture so when a person talks its not in sync or with the subtles turned on.

Another issue is I'm having to use a sky booster box as my sky q minibox keeps going of saying network issues it does it most nights goes to a blue screen very annoying when you watching a good program

Update - Spoken to @AngelLfc. We went through some troubleshooting and connected the booster and mini via ethernet to resolve connectivity issues 🙂

Can sky please send me a shorter Ethernet cable so I can use a shorter one to connect my mini box and booster box as 1 I'm using is too long
